John gave me an estimate over the phone for the repair. When John arrived he said that all that is needed is an adjustment with no parts. He charged me a very fair price for his time and labor. I would not hesitate in using this company again and would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs.

John came by and determined that there was nothing wrong with my washing machine. Suggested I call a plumber to see if my exit drain for my washer should be snaked due to a possible clogged pipe.

John was very honest about what was wrong with the refrigerator, he could have replaced the part and had it go out in about a month which would have cost me the repair and the replacement of the compressor but he explained what was needed up front and I am very proud of him and his company for being such an honest company.
